Rescheduling to another date within the same year will be charged as follows:

• 15-30 days prior to original date = $25 fee
• 8-14 days prior = $50 fee
• 7 days or less = $100 fee
• No changes will be permitted within 2 business days of scheduled course.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 31 days or more prior to scheduled course date will be issued a refund, less $50
• 30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled course date will be issued a refund, less 50%
• 14 days or less prior to the scheduled course date will receive no refund.

If you do not show up for your scheduled program or are unable to complete the day, regardless of the reason (including illness), The Mid-Ohio School will not allow rescheduling and no refund or credit will be issued.

Open Test & Tune (OTT)

• 6-10 days prior to track day = $25 fee
• 5 days or less prior to track day = $50 fee

Performance Track Riding (PTR)

• 6-10 days prior to track day = $25 fee
• 5 days or less prior to track day = $50
• Late fees are waived for 2024 Frequent Riders

If you do not show up for your scheduled program or are unable to complete the day, regardless of the reason (including illness), The Mid-Ohio School will not allow rescheduling and no refund or credit will be issued.

The Mid-Ohio School reserves the right to dismiss any student who either has not met the prerequisites of the course or becomes a danger to his or her self, or anyone else, during the course. There will be no refund or credit of any kind issued in this case.

Courses are subject to cancellation (low enrollment, extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances).  In the event that The Mid-Ohio School cancels a course, customer may reschedule to another date at no additional charge or receive a refund in the form of original payment.

**Please do not assume a school program or track day will be canceled based on the forecast.  If Mid-Ohio deems the track unsafe due to weather on the day of a scheduled program, participants must be present and have checked in with the registrar to be eligible for rescheduling.

All sales are final.  Gift certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase and are transferable. **Please note that recipients of School certificates must be registered for a course within 2 years. Courses are typically offered from April through October.

To redeem, please call 419-884-4000 and have gift certificate number ready.  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online or at the gates during events.

'Dollar value' gift certificates: Valid for race tickets or The Mid-Ohio School programs.  If not used in its entirety, a gift certificate will be issued for the remaining balance.

Course specific gift certificates:  Upgrades will be permitted at the time of redemption/enrollment and customer will be responsible for any balance due.  If the certificate is applied to a lower valued course, any unused amount will be forfeited.  **Please note that course specific gift certificates do not cover any late registration fees.

*A gift certificate may not be used to purchase another gift certificate.*

If redeeming a discounted gift certificate for a multi-day school program, the multi-day discount will not be applied.
